We want you to be fully satisfied with your Billy Strings gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your merchandise in its original packaging if possible, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed at our warehouse.
